This piece starts out with some crazy drum, sax, piano fire and then moves rapidly into brief interludes of soft piano flatness (the flatness has a calming, meditative quality). It ends abruptly, right after the climax; it doesn't quite feel like an official termination. Overall lots of clear, beautiful resonance with very pronounced, yet brief shots of dissonance.
